Teaching and learning are embedded in professional codes of conduct and healthcare professionals are required to support students and colleagues, to help them develop their professional competence and confidence. Many clinicians provide in house training or transfer specialist knowledge and expertise within the workplace.

This course will equip participants with the skills required to promote active and meaningful learning. It will create a platform to share knowledge and experience, ensuring education changes practice, which ultimately influences the provision of safe and effective care.
