Purpose

You’ll be the first point of contact for users of Click!, our Dressings Optimisation Scheme (DOS), ensuring smooth service delivery, resolving queries, coordinating orders and supporting clinicians. Make a meaningful impact in a supportive, purpose-driven team.

The dressings optimisation scheme (DOS) gives clinicians timely access to the wound care products they need without the barriers of a prescription service. Reducing wastage and creating savings to invest back into those we serve are key deliverables of DOS.

This is an opportunity to join Accelerate in a part-time role to help deliver the best service and support for our users of the dressings scheme.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the effective and efficient day to day delivery of Click DOS (Dressings Optimisation Scheme) to ensure best outcomes for our customers
  • Provide as required administrative support with surveys to the Click lead
  • Monitor Accelerate Click email inbox for queries coming through and to respond/resolve as quickly as possible
  • Respond to any queries or messages received via telephone
  • Contact wholesalers to follow up on any outstanding orders or arrange returns when necessary
  • Review and check out orders being placed by customers on Accelerate Click
  • Assist in organising deliveries of dressings direct to patient homes
  • Updating databases and spreadsheet management in form of Excel & PowerBi
  • Maintain and update Accelerate Click!
  • Support the Accelerate clinical team with ordering, returns & stock control of NHS Supply chain products
