Specialist nursing and therapy roles are critical to the successful delivery of care within Accelerate. This Clinical Lead Role is one of several within the organisation, aimed at developing the clinical management and quality team. This role will lever your passion for your speciality and your expert skills in the care and management of complex patients for the delivery of excellent outcomes for your marginalised community. This is a fabulous opportunity to develop your specialism and clinical leadership.

Main duties of the job – Clinical Lead for Lymphoedema

You will have significant experience of working as a Lymphoedema Specialist or as a clinician working within Long Term Conditions and a keen understanding of the impact that poorly managed oedema has on the population. The Clinical Lead is considered the expert and will take ownership for operational delivery of the clinical service area together with a population health focus. The post holder will lead their team to deliver excellent clinical care alongside the management of risk and successful deployment of team resources. This role will enable the post holder to take full end to end responsibility for delivery of outcomes and indicators for a defined contractual business area. Clinical and operational delivery are core to this role The post holder is accountable to the Director of Clinical Services for the management of the key performance targets. You will be a high level performer with a driving ambition to find new and exciting ways of showcasing the success of your service.

We’re based in Hackney, London so it’s essential that you can easily get here and that you have a driver’s licence to travel further afield.
